I actually applied and interviewed for this job in 2005-2006. Interview process was easy. The HR person they had at the time was very nice and we spent most of the time talking about personal and family stuff. So of course we connected and she wanted me to interview with the VP(someone different at that time) and a manager. I aced that and the very next day, I was contacted and offered a position.

Negotiation Details
I didn't need to negotiate...the salary at the time was satisfactory. I am quite sure they would not pay what they paid me at that time if they were hiring for this same position now.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I had to apply for the position even as an internal, 1 on 1 interview with HR, Operations Manager and General Manager. Then had to wait 2 1/2 weeks before I heard anything. I had to ask for the status. Easy interview just asked situation type questions because I know the WMS.
