I had to apply for the position even as an internal, 1 on 1 interview with HR, Operations Manager and General Manager. Then had to wait 2 1/2 weeks before I heard anything. I had to ask for the status. Easy interview just asked situation type questions because I know the WMS.
Interview Questions
How would you handle a situation were your employees are not meeting production and the trucks are not getting loaded on time?
