Customer Service Representative Interview (Neutral Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through other source and the process took 3 days - interviewed at AmeriCredit in June 2007.
Interview Details – There were 3 interviews total. The first one was over the phone. (they want to make sure you have a nice voice over the phone) Second was one on one and then the third was with a panel of interviewers (which was very intimidating) Be confident in your answers. Smile.
