There were three interviews with Analysts and one with HR. I sent in my resume and then was invited to the office for the interview. Know why you want to do investment banking and specifically be at AGC. Good culture and good people but a very high turnover rate for the analysts, which is probably not a good indicator.

They'll bring you into a room and have you meet with at least one or two people. First you'll meet with the hiring manager and then an analyst or two. The people you'll meet with are always nice and friendly so it should go smoothly. Dress professional and try to be as personable as possible. They look for people who will take it seriously and will be outgoing since most of the higher level people couldn't care less about you.

It was very relaxed and did not take much more than 3 hours. They basically asked some personal questions and tried to determine if you were smart enough to monkey around in excel, and that your personality would't annoy everyone.
