Greeting at the very beginning. Then the interviewer breifly described what the interview would included.
Interview started:
Behavioral questions-
1. status (citizen, resident or international student)
2. eduation background
3. work experience, etc)
4. reason applying for the position
 Two open-ended questions. no right or wrong, like case questions which you may have during onsite interview.
