The interview process was not that bad.. the application was the hardest part. I think i got the job because I had previous experience.. not so much because of my interview. Either way, the interview was seton site and was pretty simple. the GM and AGM sat down with me and did a 1 on 1 interview which basically asked me how did I feel about the community and sales and program planning. It was about an hour long.
