    Interview

They make you take a test that's pretty easy! Drug test, background, physical testing. All pretty simple stuff. They ask you all the basic questions you have at an interview. She made fun of me for not understanding a question she had asked. Pretty rude.

    Interview Questions

    • I don't remember the question she had asked and asked her to repeat it and she made fun of me and wouldn't stop laughing at me.   Answer Question

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at American Crystal Sugar (East Grand Forks, MN) in February 2013.

    Interview

I met a representative at a job fair and the company later contacted me for an interview. Everyone in the hiring process was nice. There was nothing stressful, just a company looking for some solid people. I was interviewed by 5 people, 4 managers and a HR rep.

    Interview Questions

    • Name your greatest weakness was the question that surprised me. They gave me time to think of a genuine answer though. Again, they did a great job of not being too intimidating. This was my first interview that wasn't 1 on 1 and I was a bit nervous but they did great putting my mind at ease.   1 Answer

    Interview

Before interview, you will go through a two stage written test. The first is a general reading comprehension/basic math kind of test. The second test is a general mechanical know-how test. Not really much of an interview after that, maybe 2 questions.
