Interviewed Dec 2010 in Greenwood, IN (took 3 days)
First the district manager or another store manager will call and set up a one on one interview with you. Assuming they like you, they will then email you a link to take a survey where you select from a list of words that you feel describe yourself. This test in turn rates your personality and work ethic. You will also take a test consisting of questions pertaining to drug use and loss prevention. Assuming these results are positive, the district manager will then call and make you an offer.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Clarksville, TN (took a day)
It was a very casual interview, there in the store. I sat on the couch with the District Manager. She was very friendly! She asked me about my work history and my goals for my future in retail. We talked about organization skills, people skills, and building a team of great employees. All in all, it was very relaxed and very real.

2 interviews. The first one is with a store manager and then with the district manager. In my case they both asked similar questions related to customer service and management experience.
Q: Tell me a situation where you had to deal with an angry customer?
Q: If an employee comes an hour late to work, How would you handle the situation ?
Q: Tell me what was the best job you had and why?
Q: Tell me a situation where you demonstrated amazing leadership skills ?

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Grand Island, NE (took 2+ weeks)
I found the job online on the mall's website and simply called the store and spoke with the manager. From there, I filled out an application and personality test, interviewed with the manager, then had a very long phone interview with the district manager. All in all it was a very easy process, just longer than anticipated.
