Interview Details – Went into the store and handed in my resume, I was then prompted to fill out the application form. Several days later, I was called for a group interview. Got called back for a nice brief interview
The manager was very nice very friendly,
no trick questions, just your experience and why you would want to work there.
You'll know if he likes you or not right away, Just show off your awesome personality and how much you love the brand and you're sure to get it! (really it felt more like a chat with a new friend than anything else)
Interview Question – nothing difficult- really basic Answer Question
Negotiation Details – It was more about the hours I would work, I had to negotiate to keep them very low. They were very understanding.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Oakville, ON (Canada) Nov 2011 – Reviewed Apr 18, 2013
Interview Details – They will ask you your skills on working with other people, on a team, a time where you failed to meet a goal or deadline, and they will also ask you to go into the store and pick out an outfit that you'd suggest to a 17 year old guy (that's how my interview went). Just be sure to be friendly, EYE CONTACT, able to sell yourself (while working it'll be the product) and be yourself because that's pretty much what the job entitles you to be.
Interview Question – Basically the question of meeting a deadline / goal. View Answer

Interview Details – Applied in person, the manager told me to fill out application form and bring it back the next day. Came back the next day with my resume and application form. Got called for a one on one interview couple hours later. At the interview the manager was super nice and questions were simple. After calling my reference they called me back few hours later and said I got hired

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Vancouver, BC (Canada) Nov 2011 – Reviewed Oct 16, 2012
Interview Details – We set up an interview on the spot when I dropped off my application. If this doesn't happen for you, I guarantee you that you are not going to get hired. When you drop off your application, ask for the hiring manager and do not let anyone else take your application (it ends up in a pile with the other 100 applications that were never given a second thought) bring your application back when the hiring manager will be in and talk to them directly. And don't bother unless they are currently hiring (they always accept applications though). From there the interview was pretty typical. They did say they would call back within 2 weeks if they were interested, but it took them over a month to contact my references after the interview.
Interview Question –
The questions they asked were all standard interview questions:
Why would you like to work here? Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer...etc.
Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Even though it is intimidating and they don't really give you an opportunity to negotiate, when they offer you the job, negotiate your wage and make them specify the hours you will be getting
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Thunder Bay, ON (Canada) – Reviewed Oct 10, 2012
Interview Details – I had handed in my resume and roughly 2 weeks later, I was called back for an interview by one of the assistant managers. The interview was done within the store at the back where there was already a set up of couches and whatnot for customers when the store was closed.
Interview Question – "If someone where to come in simply just looking, how would you turn them into a buyer?" Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Vancouver, BC (Canada) Dec 2011 – Reviewed Feb 12, 2012
Interview Details – The interview process was quite casual. I came in to ask for an application form, completed this and then got an interview the same day. During the interview, a few basic questions were asked which was standard and it was then followed by a personality test which gives them an idea of what traits you have. I received a call 2 hours later and got the job! The perception of the company was quite positive, very easy going and nothing too challenging.

Interview Details –
I walked into the store and asked to speak with the manager. She then handed me an application and I returned to the store after filling out the application and she told me that she would call me sometime that week but I did not get a callback until 3 weeks later from a different manager.
The interview was done in the food court and was fairly relaxed. After the interview, I filled out a personality test.
