Extremely easy, everyone was polite and excited about bringing new people on board.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The talent level that they currently had on staff for management wasn't top talent, I know that they were starting to make changes. With those changes sometimes you need to cut ties to people who have been there for a while or develop and empower them into the leader that they should be.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 months)
It was pretty easy. It was just super disorganized so it took a long time. I actually took another position thinking I wasn't going to hear back. I guess they actually hadn't fired the person I was being interviewed to replace.
