Data Architect Interview

Anonymous Employee
Phoenix, AZ

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at American Express in June 2012.

Interview Details – Getting hired was all about who I knew. I knew my immediate supervisor, and by chance had also met one of the other bosses years ago.

Interview Question – Because it's about who you know, they will likely ask you some question they don't expect you specifically to be able to answer. In any case that's not what gets you a job in this role.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation.
