Interview Details

50 minutes phone interview, followed by a group interview two days later. The phone interview was comprehensive, covering work history, salary expectations, future goals, and some competency based questions. The group interview involved having all the interviewees sitting in a room chatting with one of the employees, while four managers would pull out each interviewee, one at a time to ask one or two competency based questions. There is a third stage too, where they test your writing skills.
