Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 1+ week)
Telephone interview was with HR and fairly staright forward. Competentacy based questions.
The panel interview was with 2 people in the UK and 2 on conference call in the US. Again competancy based but they were only looking at 4 competeancies. The questions were very structured and there was no room for the interviewer to go beyound the question and explore your expereince which is limiting if like me your background is not CRM.
It was also very off putting that the 2 interviewers in the room were constranting writing notes, obviously as the interview was so structured and questions were not being derivied from the interviewer himself. They did not once go off the script.
They said they would come back within the next week and xmas fell inbetween but to contact them if I had not heard anything by the first weekof Jan. . I didn't hear from them so I emailed my HR contact, she did not respond. I think its very bad form to not relay feedback when a candidate has taken time out of their schedule and attended an interview.
