American Express Customer Care - Fraud/Risk Interview

Posted Nov 21, 2012 1 of 1 people found this helpful

No Offer – Interviewed in Phoenix, AZ Nov 2012 – Reviewed Nov 21, 2012

Interview Details – I applied online, scheduled and passed a phone interview, and then set up a face-to-face interview. The phone interview and the face-to-face were both about 5-7 behavioral questions. Both interviews lasted about 30 minutes. The questions asked during the face-to-face were very similar to the phone interview, just asked in a slightly different way. The recruiter will then send you an email letting you know if you are receiving a job offer or not.

Interview Question – Nothing particularly difficult was asked.
*Why should AmEx hire you for this position?
*Why do you want this position with AmEx?
*How have you dealt with an upset customer/resolved a situation with an upset customer?
*How have you shown an ability to progress as an employee?
*Describe a time when you displayed creativity in solving a problem or improving a process.
  Answer Question

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 1 week.
