Interviewed Dec 2008 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
Met with a peer within the team and then with the director of the group.
Subsequently met with the VP who had some concerns that I had previously been at a higher level in the company.
Interviews were not too tough, focussed on some leadership as well as some technical questions. Did not talk about future or where I wanted to be moving forward.
Needed to convince why the role was right for me.

Very little flexibility in negotiation of offer.
Some verbal agreements were even later omitted.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
