    Interview

A competency based interview to make sure your values align with the company and that you are a good fit. If you pass this then they call you to schedule a face to face interview with 2-3 others as they write down your answers. Then you may get called a few days later for a 3rd interview with 1 main person. You may or may not get offered the position at that time.

    Interview

Phone interview with a kid recruiter just out of college who didn't even know what it was I did for a living. The company relies on standardized "tests" for psychological profiles. Very demeaning and has nothing to do with the work I was to do for the company

    Negotiation

there is no negotiation with AMEX - their attitude is take it or leave it

    Interview

Very efficient yet thorough process for this employee. I was interviewed by two executives on day one, and called back the next day to set up an appointment to meet the other relevant executives in the business unit. Following that interview, I was called back within one day to meet with Human Resources and complete the application process and set me up for final on-boarding
