Interviewed Oct 2011 in Alpharetta, GA (took 1 week)
I was first contacted via phone where my interest in the position was gauged. I was then invited to a group interview, there were about 10 or so others at the group interview with me for different positions. We filled out some forms before the interview commenced. we had to answer a few questions on a sheet of paper about prior customer service experiences we provided as well as received, and how we liked previous positions. The two interviewers (department managers) had us answer one of the questions on the list out loud, the focus was to make sure that each of us paid attention to each other's answers because we would have to remember them later on.
We were called one by one to go into the next room to turn in our forms, we were told we were all going to be called at a later date if we were to come back in for a one on one interview but I was told on the spot that I was invited to come in to another interview. I came into the one on one interview a few days after, was asked a few questions and hired that day. The one on one interview was with the department manager that would be my direct manager.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 4 days)
Applied online, got a call a few days after which is really quick. Had a phone interview with immediate manager. Then set up in person interview with store manager and department manager. Had to wait a while before interview because store manager was on conference call. The interview was about 30-45 minutes where they asked me a series of questions and then after I had the chance to ask them questions.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Overland Park, KS (took 2 days)
Initial interview was just after filling out an application (must say "available open to close" all week to even be considered); this was just some of the standard questions asked in an interview (e.g., "Do you work better on a team or by yourself?"). Next was more detailed.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
Went to a open job interview..LOTS of people, very unexpected. I wasn't prepared that day; I had jeans on and a black scoop neck mid-sleeve. I was one of the very last people to be interviewed but I was asked questions about describing myself and about my past jobs. To my surprise, the woman scheduled a 2nd interview for me and told me my attire was alright for that day. We pretty much worked on my time availability schedule since I was flexible, she told me which days they need people the most, etc. Since I've only had a few months of retail experience at that time, I couldn't provide so much experience.
Went in for the 2nd interview all dressed up. The second day was full of different interviewers. I had a pretty young woman interview me and she was asking questions from the booklet, such as what I didn't like about my past jobs and what I know about the company. The interview made me feel very uneasy for some reason. She did a quick background check and told me I was not qualified at the moment. Not so bad but I felt so uncomfortable and I answered all the questions to the best of my ability.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Middleton, WI (took 3 weeks)
I emailed my resume in Feb and got a call in March from HR. We set up an interview time with what would be my future boss. I went to the interview with some work samples, but we ended up just having a really nice conversation about design and the future of design. I was applying for a temporary position so I think that he just wanted to know if I was competent and a good cultural fit. I got the job and was eventually hired full time. Overall it was a good experience. Just be yourself and phrase your answers to support the Situation, Action, Result theory.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Natick, MA (took 2 days)
I was directly recruited from my previous employer, which was a little awkward. i was given a 24 hour time frame to either accept or decline my job, which i accepted because i was offered more money. the actual interview took place in the food court, was fairly short and impersonal. immediately after the first interview i was offered a job by the HR director for the store.
