Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 4 weeks)
Very long process - applied and was contacted by an HR rep to set up phone interview. Typical phone interview. Was contacted later that day for a 2nd phone interview with same HR rep. A lot of the same questions were asked in both interviews. Then contacted for a skills test through a 3rd party. Basic skills test with word, outlook, and excel - brush up on function keys though - the test only allows a specific way of answering. Contacted for a 1:1 interview with local manager - basic questions asked, lasted about an hour. Manager did not seem interested in my answers and would cut me off before I was finished answering. Make sure to have questions about company - however they may not answer without being general.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Applied via monster.com, Received e-mail asking for phone interview. Phone interview was conducted by a sales trainer, at the end of the phone call, she told me the next step was to take a computer skills test, at a third party office. I heard from that third party the next day, scheduled the test for two days later. The test was basic - Word, Excel, Outlook, but many of the day-to-day moves I use, like right click, were not recognized as the correct way to complete the directed step. Several questions wanted you to use the function keys to make a move and I haven't used those in years. When I left, they couldn't tell me if I passed, but I heard from the sales trainer the next day, scheduling an in person interview with hiring manager. Upon arriving at interview I was asked to complete a job application, the usual application; employment history, education - and questions on whether you've worked for them before, if any relatives work for them, if you've ever been convicted of a felony, and questions about driving record... Interview lasted a little over an hour, behavorial questions like "tell me about a time when you weren't proud of your accomplishment," " a time when you had to deal with an unhappy customer," and "a time when you had to give negative feedback to an employee." Also, questions like what you would do if you saw another employee being unethical, how you keep yourself organized, what would your former bosses say about you, and what sets you apart from the competition. Plenty of time for questions at the end, so you should have some. I was given info on benefits (very good) and signed a statement that I was aware a drug test and a driving record check would be conducted.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Cleveland, OH (took 2 weeks)
Interviews were behavioral based questions (Tell me about a time when you...) There were two, two on one interviews and they lasted for approx an hour each. THe initial phone interview was handeled by their HR who called me to set up another time. It was easy. The face to face interviews were a little more intense - small room, but very nice people. ONe wrote while the other asked. THere was a period for asking questions at the end so have some ready. They told me what areas they had open for info purposes.
