Interviewed Nov 2008 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
The interview was really just a conversation. Honestly I don't think the person interviewing me really wanted to interview anyone. We just talked about my resume and background and that was pretty much it. The company in general isn't the most popular place to work. Most of the people I know that have worked there in the past say you usually just go through the motions. I decided to interview there because I had a long layover after my last job and I was getting desperate for some income. In the end I was low-balled on an offer and then subsequently they withdrew their offer when they seemingly found someone else. ALl in all I wasn't too upset about it- I didn't think it was a great place to work anyway. My advice would be to hang in there and try to get a job you would reasonably like- don't get something just for the sake of working, unless you absolutely have to.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Cleveland, OH (took a day)
first i had a phone interview, where they expected me to have memorized all of what the company does, in their own term (ie, dont say they sell greeting cards, say they are in the social expression business, etc)
then they called me to 4 hour interview process, which involved several interview with several people at a time. they asked me extensively about my past, asked about suggestions i'd have for american greetings, etc.
overall, it was very stressful. after that, they contacted me a month later to say that i was not accepted.
