Manager Interview

Manager

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at American Heart Association.

Interview Details – The Chally is interesting. It is a tool the AHA uses in the interview process. They also use a Chronolgical Interview (CID)...very revealing to the potential employee and helpful to the AHA.
The CID interview takes you back to past positions to uncover trends and your learning curve. It's a great tool for managers.

Interview Question – What are your weaknesses (asked to uncover level of self-awareness)   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. I took th initial offer.
