The interviewers were really nice, they made me feel as if I could relax and not be nervous, they allowed me to be myself and did not intentionally ask too many confusing questions. They were very positive and took my responses to certain things into consideration that I am human

I was referred by a friend and received an interview with an HR screener that did not know much about the position. She asked me questions regarding what my background was in. How much knowledge I had of the mortgage industry. She then asked me to rate my familiarity with Microsoft office software on a scale of one to 10. She wanted to know what my salary requirements are. I asked what the range of the job was and she told me she could not give that information but the range I stated was higher than what they wanted to pay. She asked if the range included bonus and other compensation. I was told I would get a call from the hiring manager but did not get a call back.

The company is headquartered in Irving, Texas, and operates as well through locations in Irvine, Calif., Jacksonville, Fla., and Pune, India. As of October 30, 2008, it managed a portfolio of more than $85 billion. Standard interview process. Phone interview followed by a one on one interview with the hiring manager. Company in high-gear hiring to adjust to business growth. People working long hours and lots of insecurity due to bankruptcy process and new acquisition by W. L. Ross & Co.
