Interviewed Dec 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was called by the company who had found my resume on a job site. After giving me a quick brief on the company, they quickly scheduled me for an interview. I was called the day prior to confirm the interview date and time, but when I got to the office the next day, there were about 20 candidates in the waiting room. After signing in with the receptionist, I waited almost 30 minutes PAST my scheduled time before getting called in. The actual interview itself was maybe only three minutes, wherein he asked what my strengths were, then mentioned the interview would be a three step process (1 on 1, panel, then confirmation of job acceptance), VERY briefly explained the job description (actually, I sort of had to wring this out of him by asking first), then finally asked me whether or not I would be interested in the job to which I replied that I wasn't sure since I felt misled. Not surprisingly, I never heard back.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
Went for a one on one interview which lasted only about 5 minutes then a group class in which the guy ranted about money, money, money, how money is the only thing in life. I had to fill out an evaluation in which a question asked if we called you today to come back for a 2nd interview would you? I answered, "not sure, I have some questions." Yet, they called and offered me an interview without ever addressing that, meaning they probably called everyone back and didn't even take time to look at that paper. They seemed to be in for more employees to make themselves more money.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 days)
I applied online through my university's career services. Got called a week later offering an interview. Went into the office, which was in an industrial park and seemed kind of dingy. Was with a group of 7 other interviewees, and were called one by one back to 1 on 1 interviews. The interview was easy...too easy it seemed. We then moved onto a group presentation where they tried to sell the company and make it seem like you would be making 100k in a couple months. Then they said a couple would be called back for a final interview the next day, but after that you would have to decide on the spot if this was the right fit for you. I got the call for the final interview, and went in and was told I was basically hired. But you have to pay all kinds of fees to get "licensed." This made me nervous, and I wasn't willing to commit to a job after only two days of interaction.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
It didn't feel right from the start. I couldn't understand why they were rushing the process so much, or how they were actually making money. I decided it was probably shady and I should look elsewhere.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
So I don't even remember applying for this company but someone calls and offers me an interview so I hop on the opportunity. When I get there, it is like a doctors office...packed with interviewees of all different ages and backgrounds. They even lined up chairs like a doctors office. The call people back individually where you talk with a sales manager. They will see if they want to pass you on into the group interview and employer information session. Given how many people were in the waiting room vs how many people were in the group session I assume a 50% pass through rate. They then go on to talk about the company and the benefits. They head manager talks about accepting a position as a marriage and says you would have to accept the position the day they offer it and sign up to take licensing test without reimbursement. (Keep in mind its all commission so you would be making negative money for the first 4 months) Then they ask you to describe yourself in one word and they let you go.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I did receive a call back inviting me for another interview the next day but I declined because they describe the organization as a football team...not my ideal but hey it might be yours.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 1 week)
I got called because they found my resume on one of the big job sites. They didn't bother to actually read it before calling... Anyway, I accepted the in-person interview offer after a few very simple to get some experience interviewing at a "big" company.
The first in-person interview was 1:1, and my interviewer asked very simple questions seemingly just to verify my background information. I got invited back for a second in-person interview a little while later.
In the second in-person interview, I was asked hypothetical questions that were very easy to figure out what the canned/ideal response was supposed to be. Since I didn't want the job, I decided to answer in a more deep, thoughtful manner. However, because my answers were "wrong" I wasn't invited back for the final interview.
The office seemed "cheesy-nice." It's not in an ideal location, the building is pretty ugly, and everything about the inside looked cheap. The atmosphere was pretty stale, as you would expect for an insurance agency of this type.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 days)
They have you come in for a ten minute interview to see if you can get along with the management team. The second day they have you come in with a room full of other canidates and do around table discussion on what a job means to you and they tell you what they are offering. The same day they talk to you again and say they will call you and it never happens.
