very long drawn out and no communication throught out it...
Worked with inhouse HR recruiter who insensitive to individual's schedule and availabilty.
Once offer was given, no room for negotiation and discussions was documented in wiriting to concrete what was discussed and offered (felt uncertain of follow through at this point therefore hestiate)
Declined offer when recruiter demanded answer to offer in less than 12 hrs(not given enough time to decide)..

I was first interviewed by the staffing agency and given some feedback regarding my interview answers.
At AIU I was interviewed by a Director of Admissions and felt very comfortable with him. Questions included regarding how I felt about meeting quotas. It did seem strange that he didn't give a last name. Atmosphere in the office was casual and seemed relaxed.

There was a range but that was negotiated through the employment agency. I was on the higher end. AIU goes through quite a few Advisors. I was hired with 13 others and by 2011 1 or 2 were left.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.

The interview was very professional and rather typical. My interviwer asked me questions about typical scenarios and I had to give how I solve the issue if I were in that particular situation at any given point and time. It was explained to me that the workplace is a team atmosphere. It really was, everyone had good spirits and was open with one another. It is a very social atmosphere. Indeed it was a necessity, the whole time you are at work is meant to be spent talking on the phone besides lunch and breaks.
