Interviewed Jan 2011 in Irvine, CA (took 3 days)
Initial introduction with AMS was great. Had two interviews in total. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and seemed very open. They are still great but just not as openminded when it comes to changes, including minor ones at times. The meeting/interview was direct, easy going, and personable. The interviewer made me feel at ease and asked 'typical' interview questions anyone would expect. The hiring process was smooth but the starting training was nearly nonexistent and could have been better. Overall, not bad. I get along with everyone and it is not too high-stressed. The work culture is fair and I enjoy being able to interact with my team, all the way to upper management.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate a little before the interview and once after being hired, about 7 months later. They're reasonable.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
