Interview Details –
Be vary vary wary. As stated by others. This is a CHURN AND BURN position. None of the questions related to how you would respond to situations that arise in sales. After doing the interview and then realizing the district manager takes all Thursdays to interview, I realized I had made a mistake. What they are looking for is people who are going to tow the line, get to work for god knows how many hours and not get paid for it. Be vary vary wary of this company.
Manager seemed distracted the whole time. Was not a fun 40 minutes. Typical completely out of the book interview questions that wouldn't prove anything about being good at a job.
