Interviewed Oct 2011 in Greenwood Village, CO (took 2 weeks)
My initial communications with the company were pleasant. I was contacted by the person I interviewed with via email. During the initial interview, I met with two people, whom this position would report to. Both people I interviewed were very cordial and professional and provided thorough information about the role, answering all questions I asked very clearly. They opened the interview with a bit of light humor which helped to put me at ease, and the interview wound up feeling like a conversation. After about one weeks time, I was contacted for a second interview, with a new person whom I had not met at the first interview, but whom this position would work with in the Greenwood Village office, as the two people i interviewed with at the first interview were both based at out-of-state locations. The second interview felt a bit more informal, and lasted just under an hour. During this interview I was asked further questions about my qualifications and interest in the role and was given a bit more detailed information about the role. About a week after this interview, I was contacted via email letting me know that I was not being extended an offer. I wrote back and thanked them for their time and asked if there were any details/feedback available as to the reasons why, and a response was not received. Overall, I felt that the two interviews were conducted professionally, although I wish I had been notified via telephone that I was not being made an offer, rather than the impersonal, "form letter" email notice I received.
