Interviewed Jun 2008 (took a day)
The interview went well. I was interviewed by two different teams consisting of 2-3 people each and the hiring manager. They were very friendly and asked both technical and non technical questions.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
Almost cut the interview short, figured mid way through the interview I was making more than they were going to offer.
All the questions where your typical what is the definition of this <insert buzzword> and how do you apply it.
Just follow some of the questions on google for "top software architect interview questions" .
The actually said "Object Oriented Design Architect" , I busted out laughing in my brain, for at work we fired someone that called themselves an Object Oriented Design Architect.
No problem solving questions.
No algorithms questions.
No network questions.
No data structure questions.
No database questions.
All stuff about object oriented programming.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Sumitted application via company website. About 1 week later, rec'd a call for phone interview. Phone interviewer real casual and disinterested like she didnt care so much so that I wasnt real impressed with the co at first. She referred me for 2nd in person interview and emailed me personality test webpage, application, credit auth & drug screen releases. I figured give it a 2nd chance maybe the in-person presentation would be better than the phone.
Onsite, I met with 3 different managers/supervisors of the dept about the job. They all were friendly and pretty much asked the same questions from a paper script so it wasnt difficult. However, they mentioned in passing that they were also considering internals as well as external candidates. Usually that means chances are slimmer for externals as most companies like to promote from within. Consequently they went with internal candidate. And I had to call to find this out. They emailed me the day after I called. This frustrated me as it wasted my time and theirs. This may have been why they were so flippant during the phone interview -- they knew they had internals candidates in mind but posted the job as a formality.
