    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at American Red Cross in January 2009.

    Interview

The interview felt a bit stiff and scripted, as if they were more interested in the right "corporate speak" sound bites than honest answers of what you bring to the table. However, the hiring managers were cordial and easy going throughout the process.
Don't get discouraged if the process takes a while, the organization is known to be slow to recruit.
