Interviewed May 2010 in Woburn, MA (took 1 week)
I received a call from the HR for basic screening. Subsequently, i was invited to the office, as i lived in Boston, for an in person interview. I met the director of the marketing group. They were looking for someone with experience in telecom industry and i met that criteria. He asked me about my previous experience, questions around me resume, how can i make a difference and gave me more details about the profile.
I received a call very next day to meet the VP, marketing. He did not ask me too many questions. it was almost like i was already part of the team and he wanted to welcome me and tell me more about the organization and the group. I received my final offer within a day.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

The hiring manager seemed very disorganized. He was playing with his phone and texting during the interview. He was very young and asked the typical interview questions. I never heard back from them despite follow ups. The facility is very nice, but even if I had heard back I don't think it would have been a good fit.

Initial interview was conducted via phone, follow up interviews in person, vistied 2 of the three locations, spoke with stakeholders and direct supervisor. Intelligent, professional, direct questions related to industry and professionla experience.

Phone and face to face interviews were very pleasant. Felt I was a good match for the supervisors, position and company. Not sure why it got no further but they said the position had been put on hold. Later saw ads for positions under different names but same duties. Perhaps they could not make a decision on what, exactly,they were trying to accomplish but seemed like a great company.

The interview was in 2-3 rounds. It started with a telephonic round followed by a personal interview (taken by 2 people). I don't remember if there was an HR round. They did not grill which is good because most of the employers do that for entry-level positions. The interview was very friendly.

The interviewer and I made a connection. I was called back for a second interview that also went very well. I never received any feedback from the interview and when I called HR to see if any decision had been made, I was told that I was welcome to call back in the next week or two. Obviously that was my answer. I would have appreciated an answer either way. It just seems like it would be the courteous thing to do.

the company location is located near highway. easy to commute
the intial contact started with a phone interview. HR rep seem nice.
after the initial interview , i was invited for a second interview.
person that i would have worked with, was very personable and friendly.
i also interviewed with 2 other senior employees.
the interview appear to go well.
waited a week for the results and was told that the position was offer to a contractor.
