Interview Details –
There is a skills test. There are three parts.
1. You have to create a query from a database. It's a join and a group by. You'll have to display the results in a datagrid.
2. You are asked to create a custom validation control for two controls, a text box and drop down.
3. You have to connect to a web service, it's hotel information, and display an object.
Here is the important part: All this stuff is from 2006. It's very old. Even the data in the db they send you has no data after 2006. So...if you get hung up on anything, do a search on it for posts from between 2005 and 2006.
