Was first given a personality test and after passing was given a cognitive test at the first interview. Phone interview was a couple of weeks later and then was taken to corporate for more interviews and given a tour and presentation of the company.

Interviewed May 2008 in Tampa, FL (took a day)

Took a test that analyzed IQ and problem solving abilities. If you do good enough then you are asked to return the following day. Had a one on one interview with a few people including a top performer. It kind of felt like I was being sold, and they talked about "putting skin in the game". Basically where you had to pay for your Series exams, and then you become a full time adviser. Also, they wanted the names of family members so that they could contact them cough*sales call*cough.
