Interviewed Jul 2008 in Minneapolis, MN (took 3 weeks)
Process was very straight forward from start to finish. I applied online and was contacted within a couple days and had a phone interview the following day followed up by an in person interview the following week. HR called me the following day with an offer and start date for training.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Minneapolis, MN (took 2 weeks)
It consists of two computer based testings, one quantitative and the other phychological. I passed both and they brought me in for the face to face interview which lasted about 2 hours. They offered the job the next day. It was clean and obvious that I had what they were looking for and I was impressed with the strait forwardness.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Arden Hills, MN (took 2 weeks)
The interview process was very smooth. We first had a phone interview for about and hour and then met the next morning. The second interview, which was the first face to face interview, was about 2 hours long. It consisted of talking about my skills as well as just myself and getting a feel for each other. Then I had a third interview with the business partner. This was more so he could get a feel for me, my personality, than about skills, etc.
Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate my salary. All of the benefits offered were very satisfactory, so there was no need to discuss those.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
