They emailed me a few weeks after applying and asked for a phone interview. The interview was with a senior scientist there. They mentioned that it was important to have experience in working in large group settings. I had plenty of prior research experience in high school and college so that probably helped with the interview. The scientist went over general information on resume and behavioral questions. It was very laid back.
