Interviewed Feb 2010 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Phone interview to check for fit, then brought in for full day of interviews. Interviews were with one or two people, some basic case questions, but mostly looking to see if you would work well in company. They go through your resume pretty carefully, so be prepared to talk at length about each of your experiences. Everyone was really nice!

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 4 months)
They were a little disorganized with the set up for the interview. It looked like a great place but I didn't feel really comfortable as I was being interviewed. The phone interviewer was nice though.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
A consultant and a manager interviewed me and asked me behavioral questions. It lasted about a half hour. Pretty much just asked me what was on my resume and to walk them through my past research experiences that I had on my resume. They were very nice but I did not receive an offer from them.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
Submitted my resume and cover letter on-line. Had a brief (30 minute) phone interview a few days later with a guy who managed to be pretty aggressive even over the phone. After I had given a clear description of my graduate school work he asked repetitive and somewhat non-relevant questions--clearly just moving through his sheet of questions. They are extremely quant focused and my research to date has been mixed methods (quant and qual), which was apparently not ok with them. Clearly not a good fit. A reputable company, but the guy who interviewed me sounded very green and was a bit unfriendly.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I got the interview through on campus recruiting. I had a 30 minute interview with two analysts that had been at the company for two years. The interviewers were both nice and it was very conversational. They asked general questions about my resume (especially about economic modeling), behavioral questions, and one short case question. The case question consisted of determining the profits for an airplane tire manufacturer. At the end, there was a few minutes for me to ask questions about the firm. About 2 weeks later I was notified that I did not get a second interview by a nonpersonal email.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
The interview was an on-campus interview with two Analysis Group employees. They asked pretty standard questions on why I wanted to work for Analysis Group. They went through my resume and discussed what I had done in the past and what my plans were for the future. Overall they were incredibly nice and able to answer my questions about the company/position.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Intial communication - quite informative, through career fair
Telephone interview - mostly informational but very impressive
In-person interview - A bit repetitive, overall informational as well as a little testing
Advice - for this position, collaborative experience and skills are must and communication skill is of great importance. Should not be bogged down too much by the theories - talk about applications more. Quantitative skills are important depending on what group you are applying for.
