Intial communication - quite informative, through career fair Telephone interview - mostly informational but very impressive In-person interview - A bit repetitive, overall informational as well as a little testing Advice - for this position, collaborative experience and skills are must and communication skill is of great importance. Should not be bogged down too much by the theories - talk about applications more. Quantitative skills are important depending on what group you are applying for.
