Interviewed Jun 2008 in Saint Paul, MN (took 3 days)
Interview was rather in-depth compared to my previous interviewing rounds which occured about 5 years earlier. Met with 3 members of the department on three different occasions. The interview included a casual review and assessment of my abilities with regard to reviewing financial statements. I believe I had a slightly easier time as my present manager, who was encouraging about my need to expand my career choices, was a former (and respected) collegue of one of the senior interviewers.

I did not negotiate too much directly as the staffing agency was a liason between me and the company.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
