It was very good and the interviewer was a guy with knowledge about the field. I had previous experience in the field so it was not a difficult task for me

The recruitment process involves evaluation of a application...then initial scrutiny for a position fitment and then one on one interview with the functional / business team for skill set check and HR for work culture fit.
After an offer is made there is a ref check and doc check. learning starts on the job. Hand - held time extends from 1 month to 3 months.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
