1st round was an HR round - was not much because already worked a project at Anheuser Busch through Accenture Ltd.
2nd round - Had a conference call with 2 people (senior management)
Was asked strengths, weaknesses, future goals, skills, ERP systems which I was familiar with, discussed previous experience, salary expectations - regular stuff.
3rd round - was called onsite but since I moved out of St Louis, they set up a video conference call.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
The phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was asked how my experience would relate to their company. I was also asked a lot of questions about my resume, experience, knowledge of softwares, etc. They were more interested in talking about my abilities than how it related to their company.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took 3 days)
First round interview was a group business simulation. Room was cut in half and presented a case. Had 30 minutes to plan, 10 minutes to speak. The goal here is to be the obvious leader. Not just the person who talks the loundest but someone who takes charge and offers solid advice and reasons. I was not this person and did not move on. 1:1 interview would have occurred the very next day.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took 1+ week)
The first step was to take a computer test that lasted for roughly an hour, followed by a twenty minute math test. Then there was a 1on 1 interview. The hour long computer test was a lot of managerial scenarios that asked what would you most likely do and what would you least likely do in each situation along with general chart and table reading questions. Some of the questions asked you to perform some scheduling and such. The math test was pretty basic with no difficult calculations, just testing one's knowledge of the concepts more. The one on one interview was pretty standard name a time when this happened, or name a time when that happened. The one on one interview lasted for roughly forty five minutes.
