All very nice, just want to make sure you understand the company and their quest for innovation in fashion, they have come along way from traditional to trendy. Want you to talk about your fashion inspiration, what you like about the store, etc. They asked me to walk through the store and pick out an outfit for a customer. Emphasize customer service

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
I found the position posting on craigslist and took the personality screening. Later that day I got a call asking to come in for an interview the following day. It was a group interview with four other people. The interview was very casual and it lasted about an hour (mostly the manager giving background info). Got a call two hours after the interview saying I was hired.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
I was called by the manager about an interview. During my interview I was asked questions about customer service and some personality questions. At the end of the interview she did a style test where I had to pick a day to night outfit for a customer and a outfit for a business interview.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 3 days)
Applied online and received a call that same day to come in to a group interview the next day. I arrive and me and the other potential employees wait outside until the Sales Lead comes out. We all sat in the patio at the mall and she informed us a little bit more about the position. She asked each of us questions and then made us ask questions to the other candidates as well. She then dismisses two people and then one of the managers comes out.
Pretty much the same questions are asked and about work experience. She then said that she would call us by next Friday for another interview or not since we weren't the only group that was being interviewed that week. Got a call that same day to come in to an interview the next day.
Arrived at the store and waited ten minutes until I met the 'head' manager, I didn't have a confident feeling about it like I did with the other two employers. It was really short, about 10 mins., and left the store not feeling confident whatsoever. Got a call the next day saying I didn't get the job, but to be honest I didn't really want to work there after they said that you'd be judge on your work outfit everyday and that if your not wearing anything of their brand they'll send you home (& for a college student who can barely pay for textbooks, I'd probably be sent home everyday!)

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
I applied online and was contacted the next day about setting up an interview on the next Monday. The interview consisted of the assistant manager asking me and several other applicants typical interview questions. After this, policies and guidelines were explained. We were told that we had until that Wednesday to hear anything back, if we were to be hired. I received a call the next day regarding new hire information.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
The interview was not difficult or extensive compared to some of my past interviews. The people seemed cool for sure, but the whole idea of getting hours based on selling credits scared me. I'm a good communicator and customers love me, however I feel like selling those things can be a turn off to customers because they would think you are being too pushy. well I guess that's just business.
