Interviewed Sep 2011 in Pasadena, CA (took 1 week)
Asked a series of questions. By two different managers . The usual knowlege of company, customer service, employee, interest in company growth, hours preference, summary of place. Past expierence. No different than another job interview. Prior to getting interview, must take an assessment test. About an hour. Don't bother nit worth the trouble

Interviewed May 2011 (took 5 days)
This was definitely an easier interview I've had in a while. The manager was very nice and started out with the basics such as where I worked, my roles and responsibilities in my other jobs. We briefly talked about my education and what I was looking to bring to the company. After the initial process she than explained the problems and what she was looking for. I than proceeded to ask every possible question ranging from staff size to net sales, so the interview lasted for over an hour. I suggest knowing what your own goals and sales expectations were at your other jobs and the terminology for it helps with the interview process. After this long interview I than received a call 2 days later from the district manager wanting to talk. She was also very nice and oddly enough asked me the same things the store manager did such as previous experience and personal goals. Thankfully this did not last over an hour. Overall it was very easy process and none of the questions were outrageous. The were even kind enough to let me serve two weeks from my other job without pressuring me.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Donna, TX (took 4 days)
I came in and the store manager personally interviewed me. She asked basic questions, and she was looking for excitement.
