Anne Fontaine was a new clothing company that was started by a French designer. I was recruited from another company because of my retail experience. The interview consisted of a phone call and then a one on one with the store manager. This company does not have a human resource dept. so if you have an issue with anything or anyone, there is no one to talk to. Every issue goes through France. There is a satellite office in New York City but they only deal with operation control within the store,not the employees. If you speak a second language,preferably, French or Spanish, they embrace you. Expect to work alone. The stores are small and manageable.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
