Initial interviewing process took over 3 months. Phone Interview, 2 on 1 interview, Peer interview, Panel Interview. All of this for a job that paid $12,000 less than my previous management job. Since then I have participated in interviewing other candidates and there is this trend to over interview for PHH. There are often one on ones and then large peer interviews. The hiring process takes so long that often the skilled candidate has long found another company to work for and then we are left with the 'next best'. It is totally ridiculous. The perception of the work culture is absolutely wonderful, however the reality is absolutely the opposite.

Interview Questions

I really dont remember the exact interview questions, however know that they tend to ask analytical questions or real life experience questions and then not only want your answer, but a who, why, when breakdown of the answer.
