Anthelio is one of the best companies in medical services space. The inteview was harder than i expected but manageble.I was referred by an employee and was called and a round of phone interview happened, post which we had a 1 : 1 round. It was then followed by a presentation round and the final negotioation round with HR. All in all a smooth and satisfying process.

It was a swift hiring process... They wanted me to join asap, that worked for me well, I even got the salary i desired for this job. As a fresher i was quite happy with the package. There was a phone inteview scheduled and then we had a 2 : 1 with Hiring / Ops manager.

It initially took a week after i had my first roud telephonic conversation with HR. Thereafter the process was fairly smooth. There was a skills test, a presentation in front of the big shots of the company.. followed by the negotiations on salary then BGC and offer letter. All in all it took app 3 weeks for me to get the offer letter. Company also bought my notice period.

I went thru an agency, i was called to the agency and the HR from Anthelio was present there for our interviews. The first round was the coder test, followed by a 1 : 1 with the shortlisted candidates. The questions were reasonably tough. I was hired the same day after another round of interview. Had to come to office to collect the Offer letter. The complete process was very smooth.

It was a great expeirence.. There was a phone interview first and the next day i was informed that i have to come and meet the Ops manager in person, i had a skills / Process knoweledge test folowed by 2 rounds of in person interviews and i was informed that i was selected, i did not had to follow up for status. I was happy that they agreed to my desired salary.

The company HR approached me in beginning of 2011. The first round was a basic discussion about my professional experience and background. They asked me for my current role and explained me the role for which I am being considered. After two days, they called me again and asked for some of my work samples. The third round was skill sets where we were asked to attempt a questionnaire. Based on this round, few of us were shortlisted who were called for one on one interview. Finally, the last few were called for group/panel interview which was a concall with 5 people on the interview panel. The job was offered to me in 7 days. I was amazed to see the efficiency of the process and the way they managed their and our time. Really appreciate the HR and other leaders for the same.

The process started with a phone call, then a phone call with another manager, then I was flown into Dallas to meet with 5 different people. Each phone call lasted about 1 hour: The first call asked generic questions about my background, skills, experiences, etc. The second call was more of a descriptive analysis of the position, and a review of whether or not my skills would be on par with the job requirements.
The in-person meetings were all very different depending on who I met with. Some of the meetings were laid-back and kinda "shoot-the-shit" while other interviews had a much more serious tone
