Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 2 weeks)
The initial interviews are behavorial so those are pretty easy. The interview with my manager was relatively easy it was more about my willingness to work with others and communicate effectively rather than pure tech knowledge.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Bridgewater, NJ (took 5 days)
I was initially contacted via email by a recruiter, and was asked to do a preliminary phone interview. I was asked mostly about my experience. The next day I was invited for an interview within the office. This interview was setup in 3 parts, with me interviewing 3 different people, 1 right after the other. The parts consisted of a 1 on 1 behavioral interview, a 1 on 1 experience interview, and a 1 on 1 technical interview (that was mostly behavorial and experience, not much tech). After a few days, I was offered the job and I accepted.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Recruiter initiated contact via email. Filled out pre-screen word document questioner regarding skill sets and pay requirement; sent back via email. A phone interview was set up. Phone interview consisted of basic questions about my work background and education, than a couple behavior style questions. In person interview was setup for 3 days later and consisted of two 1 on 1 in-person and 1 phone conference interview. All three "accessors" were relaxed, friendly and easy going, which made the interview comfortable and fun. 30 mins for each "accessor." "Accessors" gave brief background on the company and position, than delve into questions regarding my resume. Next were behavior style question which are best answered using the SAR's method. The remainder of each interview composed of answering questions I had and each of the accessors did a excellent job of answering my questions. I asked a lot of questions so the number of behavior questions asked to me were limited by time. I believe the key to acing the interview is to know about the company, its industry and the position, and to be genuinely be interested. 15 mins after leaving the interview I was called by the recruiter, told to expect a formal answer soon. Was offer the position, along with a benefit package the following morning. Offer was contingent upon passing standard drug screening and background check. Overall was a good experience.
