Business Delivery Specialist at Aon Limited

No Offer – Interviewed in The Woodlands, TX – Reviewed Mar 27, 2013

Interview Details – The first round of interviews was on-campus. It was simple behavioral questions with a recruiter and didn't last more than 30 minutes. I found out within a week that I was moving on to the second round of interviews. The second and final round of interviews was at their office, and it was divided into two parts. The first for me was a "round table" discussion where applicants could ask questions about the LEAD program and position to employees. You didn't have to ask questions if you didn't want to though. The second half was two back-to-back interviews that again were primarily behavioral questions. They're just trying to assess who would fit into the company's culture so be familiar with the company and your resume
