Interview Details

Applied on-line. E-mail response directing you to set time aside for interview. Then on-line testing, very intense. More back and forth with HR who have a lot going on. As you go through this process, you are being graded and assessed by the people you are talking to on the phone and by e-mail. Once you've passed this you have an interview set up locally. They ask a few questions regarding what would you do if this happened. Tell me when you have had to correct a mistake you made and how you handled it... Not hard. Asked me what I knew about the UOP. They want to know you've done your homework and your personality is being assessed. Be sure and e-mail a thank you. Then you get an e-mail from corporate with the offer. From then on it's e-mail back and forth until you start.

Interview Questions
  • Nothing difficult for those experienced with interviewing. Your best bet is to go on-iine and read everything you can find about them, pro and con, just don't bring up the con part in an interview."What do you know about the UOP?"   View Answer

You sign a statement saying that you know what the salary is that they are offering and that you will accept it if you are offered the job.
