Interview Details –
there are first phone interview on phone, ask for the purpose why do i want to join this company? They asked me few questions about the current job responsibility, and give me some case to solve it. Generally,asked me about the PC/ Mac knowledge,Hardware knowledge...etc
The phone interview during around 15-25 minutes, they are focusing some one who had customer service base background candidates. and looking forward some one can do more sharing to customer and provide quick,accuracy and excellence services to customer.
