I was contacted by a staffing agency representing Apple for a 6 month to long term opportunity. I've expressed doubt regarding the years of experience (5-7) for the req work, where as i have only 3-4yrs of experience. Recruiter has shown confidence in my resume citing Apple measures "quality of work" rather than "years of expertise". There's a phone interview with hiring manager and a in person conversation/interview about where do we stand on the project. The interview process was quick, conversational and yielding.
