Interviewed Aug 2008 in Cupertino, CA (took a day)
I was called by a Project Manager (while I was at the airport...), and we set up an interview.
He first described the offer, and what he was doing. He then asked the ultimate question : "Tell me more about yourself". I used my resumé as a guideline. I stopped when I had something more to say like a specific project.
At the end, he said "Do you know this technology XXXXX?" and since I didn't, I asked to know more. I then said how I could use my current skills to know more about this technology.
I finally stated what my deadlines were (it was for an internship).
