Interviewed Apr 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 4+ weeks)
First, I had to create an Apple ID on the Apple.com website and upload a resume. Ten days later I received an e-mail directing me to answer a few more questions, with a link to a personality test. A week later, I received an e-mail that I had been selected for an interview, where I was instructed to attend an information session, which is a presentation about why it's great to work for Apple, and then attend a group interview. After the interview, I asked about how long before I knew if I was going to be moving forward to another interview, made an offer, or rejected, I was told two weeks. I never heard from them again.

Interviewed May 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took 3 weeks)
Standard interview type questions: Why do you want to work for Apple, why did you leave your last job, why should we hire you, what quality do you bring to the table, what drives you? Recruiters are super nice and get back you in a timely manner. Apple staff members were really nice throughout the entire process. Management team was tough during interview but fair. Apple is looking for the best so bring your best to the table, they will accept no less.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation was minimal, there are so many people applying to work for Apple that they can be choosy about who they hire. Talented people are thankful to just get in to Apple that they will take less money. If you are stuck on negotiating a high salary you may be setting yourself up for disappointment.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Sacramento, CA (took a day)
I got the opportunity to Interview with Apple through my college's career center. The interview lasted for 30 min. The interviewer asked me only two questions - tell me about yourself and why apple. Then I told me to ask questions. Rest of the interview, I had to really ask questions and drive the whole conversation.
I came to know that this fits with their culture, where you have work in ambiguity and there is no one to help around.
I was not given an offfer

Interviewed Sep 2007 in Elk Grove, CA (took 2 days)
The interview Process was relaxed and enjoyable compared to other companies that I have applied at. The didn't Grill you on your experience or technical background but rather got to know you as a person and want to know your personality.
Negotiation Details
Although there was not an negotiation phase, the offer was very attractive itself. Apple tends to take care of its employees
